Services & quotes

We provide dryer vent cleaning, air duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, and related home services in the Phoenix metro. Prices shown are starting prices for standard residential jobs; final pricing is confirmed upfront before any work begins and may vary based on the condition, size, or access of your system or home.

Scheduling

We offer same-day appointments subject to availability. We'll confirm your time by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

Satisfaction guarantee & warranty

Our work is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a 3-year warranty on the work we perform. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right per the terms of the applicable guarantee or warranty.

Your responsibilities

Please provide safe access to the work area and accurate information about your home. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for conditions disclosed to you before or during service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

SMS / Messaging Terms

Arizona Service Pro operates a customer-care text messaging program. By submitting a service request or providing your phone number and agreeing to receive SMS messages, you authorize Arizona Service Pro to send service-related text messages regarding your inquiry or service request — including inquiry follow-up, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, and customer support messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of purchase.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website, submit a service request, or opt in to receive text messages from Arizona Service Pro.
